Manufacturing Engineer Technician 1st Shift

Job Details: Job Location: 2200 SR 240 EAST - GREENCASTLE, IN, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $20.00 - $22.00Hourly, Job Shift: 1st Shift, Key Responsibilities•    Maintain, troubleshoot, and adjust production equipment to ensure efficient and reliable operation.•    Perform scheduled preventative maintenance (PMs), conduct equipment audits, and maintain accurate documentation.•    Make machine adjustments as requested by Quality Assurance (QA) to meet production and quality standards.•    Assist Engineering with building, maintaining, setting up, and improving production lines.•    Respond to production floor calls and provide maintenance support to minimize downtime.•    Investigate equipment issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective solutions.•    Assist with developing and maintaining spare parts inventory.•    Complete assigned work orders, accurately document time worked, and follow all safety, quality, and environmental procedures.•    Other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Qualifications•    Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.•    Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and decimals.•    Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical prints.•    Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and teamwork skills.•    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.•    Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and safely climb stairs and ladders, bend, kneel, and work around industrial equipment.•    Willingness to work around moving machinery, noise, dust, fumes, and chemicals while wearing required PPE.
