Schedule:

2nd Shift 2:45pm-11:15pm; Full Time 64hrs Bi-Weekly

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality nursing care in accordance with resident care plans and facility policies
Foster a culture of respect and dignity while interacting with residents, family, and staff.
Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
Monitor resident health and provide timely, documentation, & communication

Qualifications:

Active LPN License in the state of Wisconsin
Passion for providing quality, person centered care
Strong communication & collaboration skills
Experience is long-term care or similar setting is a plus
