Focused on the RV, Marine, and Camping sectors, Camco's influence in these industries is significant, as it continues to lead the charge with a relentless pursuit of excellence and a commitment to delivering top-notch products and services.   Supply Chain Business and Data Analyst Location: Greensboro   Position Type: Supply Chain   Overview:  As a Supply Chain Business and Data Analyst you will be responsible for developing and maintaining interactive Power BI reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions that empower data-driven decision-making.  You will analyze existing supply chain operations, identify inefficiencies, and develop strategies to optimize processes, reduce costs, and enhance overall supply chain performance. This role requires strong analytical skills, a passion for continuous improvement, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally   Responsibilities: Partner with Operations & Supply Chain functions such as Demand and Supply Planning, Manufacturing, Logistics, Procurement, Quality, Sales, Customer Service, Product Development, and Finance to complete cross functional business process mapping and associated training documentation. Develop and deliver business reports and various queries or models for Operations and Supply Chain leaders. Develop searches and analyze data from shipping, inventory, and supply chain planning to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement in the supply chain. Define high-risk or high-level problems, collect data, analyze data, offer and implement solutions to achieve the desired results. Develop and implement Power BI reports and dashboards to meet business needs. Support the training and development of stakeholders in using BI tools to promote a culture of data-driven decision-making Drive continuous improvement by globalizing existing BI tools, streamlining reporting processes, and enhancing operational efficiency Act as a liaison between the Technology team and report owners to develop, optimize, and deliver solutions that enhance data accessibility and usage. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or related field. 4+ years' experience in related field Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools. Advanced skills across Microsoft products with specific focus on Excel, Visio and Power BI. Experience in ERP environments (Microsoft Dynamics 365) helpful with specific focus on Supply Chain support modules Experience with SQL, data modeling, and supply chain analytics tools.  Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across departments. Utilizes change management methodologies to drive organizational change. Expresses ideas effectively through written and verbal communications.
