We are seeking a motivated, results-driven Leasing Manager to join our multifamily property management team in Greenville, SC.
We are looking for someone with strong sales skills, excellent customer service, and the ability to independently manage leasing operations while delivering an exceptional experience for prospective and current residents.
🔑 Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the leasing process from initial inquiry through signed lease and move-in.
- Conduct property tours, follow up with prospects, and convert leads into leases.
- Achieve monthly leasing goals and contribute to occupancy and retention targets.
- Process rental applications, prepare lease agreements, and maintain accurate records.
- Coordinate lease renewals and resident move-in/move-out administration.
- Maintain accurate knowledge of apartment availability, pricing, and property features.
- Ensure leasing offices, models, and available apartments are ready for tours.
- Maintain compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies.
✅ Qualifications:
- Previous multifamily leasing experience or comparable sales and customer service experience.
- Strong sales, communication, and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and leasing procedures.
- Experience with property management software.
- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet leasing goals.
- Flexibility to participate in rotating Saturday coverage.
💼 Compensation:
- Competitive hourly pay: $22–$25/hour
- Additional commission opportunities under the company's incentive compensation plan.
