This position is for a Senior Associate within Inventory Management, that is responsible for supporting field operations for both scheduled and unscheduled repairs and modifications. Candidates will be responsible for ensuring equipment is fielded in a timely manner to support modification schedules. Additional responsibilities include internal tracking of materials through in-house production areas and management of shortages. Candidates should be detail-oriented and driven individuals. This role plays a critical part in maintaining balanced production flow by ensuring equipment and materials are aligned with field team production schedules. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support multiple USAF field operations world-wide with aircraft mission equipment, including MICAP & AOG situations
Work closely with various Program Office personnel to support field modifications and ensure equipment is onsite and available for field teams
Track and maintain all field site repairs and DIFMs
Manage weekly field site status reports
Monitor and track all shop and ATSS bonded stock material shortages for in-house repairs
Collaborate and communicate with Customer and Program Office on tracking of Sustainment contract funding to ensure budget adherence
Communicate status, risks, and constraints clearly to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
Support continuous improvement efforts to enhance scheduling accuracy and production flow
Travel, both domestic & international to support field efforts

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams and levels of the organization
Solid experience/proficiency in BSI, SAP, DocLinks, GBSO & Microsoft Excel
Understanding of manufacturing processes and production environments
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing demands
Willingness to learn and grow within the role
Team-oriented mindset with a focus on internal and external customer satisfaction

Preferred Additional Skills:

Previous experience working with USAF personnel/customers
Previous experience within MRP/ERP environment
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production planning environment
