Job Details: Job Location: Wesley Commons - Greenwood, SC, Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time, Education Level: Not Specified, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Travel Percentage: None, Job Shift: Any, Job Category: Health Care, Wesley Commons is seeking an experienced, licensed Community Residential Care Facility Administrator to lead and oversee the daily operations of our Assisted Living CCRC. We are looking for a dynamic, hands on leader with a proven track record of successfully managing assisted living operations, developing strong teams, and creating an exceptional resident and family experience. Key Responsibilities:  Provide overall leadership, direction, and management of the Assisted Living / Community Residential Care Facility Ensure compliance with all SCDPH regulations, licensing requirements, and organizational policies.  Oversee daily operations, staffing, employee performance, scheduling, and departmental accountability.  Promote a culture of hospitality, exceptional customer service, and resident centered care.  Build a positive relationship with residents, families, employees, and community partners.  Effectively address resident and family concerns with professionalism, responsiveness, and sound judgement  Maintain standards of resident satisfaction, quality of care, cleanliness, appearance, and overall community experience.  Responsible for financial performance, operating budget, occupancy, and departmental expenses Oversee community on campus Home Health Agency under the direction of the Community Health Services Manager.Qualifications: Current South Carolina Community Residential Care Facility Administrator License (CRCFA) and previous leadership/management experience.  Experience in managing and operating an Assisted Living or Community Residential Care Facility strongly preferred.  Knowledge of SC's assisted living regulations, licensing, and compliance requirements  Exceptional hospitality, customer service, and interpersonal skills Strong communication, conflict resolution,  and problem solving skills Experience with budgeting, staffing, operational oversight, and quality assurance Ability to lead with accountability and maintain a positive, approachable, and service based leadership style
