Commercial Roofing Senior Estimator
Full Time (In Person), Monday - Friday | Based on Qualifications & Experience
Eskola, LLC has been installing commercial and industrial roofing and waterproofing systems throughout the North and Southeastern U.S. since 1972. We're looking for a Senior Estimator to bid commercial roofing projects.
What You Will Do
- Review and understand the scope of work and project specifications
- Collect all data from the roof or building for accurate estimating
- Consult with clients, vendors, and manufacturers to formulate estimates and resolve issues
- Create and update projects in the estimating system and bid calendar and upload all documents
What You Bring
High School diploma or equivalent
5+ years of commercial roofing or waterproofing estimating or project experience
OSHA 10-hour card
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to use/learn business technology
Nice to Have
OSHA 30-hour card
Familiarity with local building codes
Experience with estimating programs
