Southern Staircase, part of Edge Building Solutions, is seeking a hands-on team member to help deliver and install custom stair systems at residential and commercial construction sites.

This position combines driving, material handling, and skilled installation work. We're looking for someone with a background in carpentry, framing, or woodworking who enjoys working with tools, solving problems, and delivering quality results. This is an installation-focused position, not a delivery-only job.

• Location: Greer, SC

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, with additional hours as business needs require

• Pay: $22–$25 per hour, based on experience

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Install custom straight and curved stair systems at residential and commercial jobsites.

• Operate hand and power tools to cut, measure, level, shim, and secure stair components.

• Follow blueprints and installation layouts to ensure accurate, quality workmanship.

• Load, transport, and unload stair components and materials weighing up to 75 pounds.

• Safely operate a 26-foot box truck for deliveries to and from jobsites.

• Help with warehouse tasks and material preparation when needed.

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe throughout each project.

What You'll Need to Succeed

• At least 2 years of carpentry, framing, or woodworking experience — required.

• Familiarity with saws, drills, levels, measuring tools, and other common carpentry equipment.

• Ability to read blueprints or installation layouts.

• Ability to regularly lift and handle materials weighing up to 75 pounds.

• Comfort working at construction sites and outdoors in varying conditions.

• Valid driver's license and a clean motor vehicle record (MVR).

• Current DOT medical card or ability to obtain one.

• Must be at least 21 years old.

• Dependability, attention to detail, and a commitment to teamwork and quality.
