Organizes the choral music library and oversees the cataloging of new music, the filing of music, the distribution of scores, the filling of singers' folders, and all things related to the choral (and ensemble) library.

Requires initiative and invention in solving problems related to music storage. Work is particularly intense at the beginning of the semester and at the end of the year, when music is distributed and returned.

Applicants must be enrolled in a Music Department ensemble.Â
The student is responsible for performing routine technical tasks under moderate supervision while exercising moderate levels of independent judgment and initiative. Requires a high degree of discretion with confidential information. Students should possess software and computer knowledge, previous technology experience and excellent communication
skills.
