Onboard client investment portfolios by reviewing and interpreting legal agreements and understanding servicer or trustee reporting requirements.

Work closely with clients to support risk and exposure monitoring across transactions.

Calculate and monitor covenants, concentration limits, eligibility criteria, concentration tests, Borrowing Base calculations, and other key performance metrics/tests.

Build financial models and reports as per client requirements and analyze historical performance to identify key drivers and assess overall performance.

Liaise with the Business Analyst and Implementation teams to ensure data integrity and accurate logic within proprietary platforms.

Provide enhanced portfolio surveillance and proactively communicate critical insights related to overall portfolio performance.

Requirements

Broad understanding of Structured Finance products, Corporate Credit, Asset‑Based Lending (ABL), CLOs, and Middle‑Market Portfolio Financing.

Strong foundation in core financial and accounting concepts.

Proficiency in financial modelling using Microsoft Excel.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast‑paced environment.

Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal.

Ability to perform under pressure and meet strict, time‑sensitive deadlines.
