1.     Conducting audits of carbon offset projectsunder various programs (GS, VCS, CDM, GCC etc)
- Evaluating the carbon credit requirements from projects in various sectors like energy, chemical, waste
- Supporting team leaders in various aspects of validation and verification of carbon credits
- Analysing the big data sheets for their accuracy and correctness inline to the requirements of methodology and applicable tools from United Nations
- Cross-checking and verifying evidence and data sources, Assessment of emission reduction calculations
- Writing validation/ verification reports
- Planning of site -visits and travelling to site for audits mainly outside India

Requirements
- MTech or MSc in Environment/ Energy/ Climate Change or any other core field.
- Knowledge of IPCCC, Kyoto Protocol and Paris Agreement
- Familiarity with GHG estimation calculations
- Ability to build strong relationships with national consultants and stakeholders, to focus on impact and results for the client, to respond positively to critical feedback, and a consensus-oriented approach to work.
- Experience in accomplishing change management strategies and are comfortable with communication/marketing tools to foster the required change.
- Highly developed inter-personal, negotiation and teamwork skills, and a networking aptitude.
- Excellent English writing and communication skills.
- Ability to work in complex, multi-stake-holder project environments.
- Demonstrated experience in collaborating across projects.
- Understanding of global sustainability markets and voluntary carbon market
