Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting by sanding, masking, and priming

- Mix and match paint colors to ensure seamless repairs

- Apply paint using spray guns and other equipment, ensuring even coverage and a high-quality finish

- Inspect painted surfaces for quality, consistency, and defects, making necessary touch-ups

- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work environment

- Collaborate with technicians and other team members to complete repairs efficiently

Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience as an auto body painter or similar role

- Knowledge of automotive paints, primers, and finishing techniques

- Ability to operate spray guns and other painting equipment

- Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for color matching

- Good understanding of safety procedures and environmental regulations

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills

- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
