Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet customers promptly and professionally, understanding their vehicle service needs

- Explain repair and maintenance procedures clearly and accurately

- Prepare and review repair orders, ensuring all customer concerns are addressed

- Provide estimates for repairs and communicate costs and timelines to customers

- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and promote repeat business

- Maintain accurate records of service transactions and customer interactions

- Assist in promoting additional services and maintenance to customers

Skills and Qualifications:

- Previous experience as an Auto Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role within the automotive industry preferred

- Knowledge of automotive repair processes and terminology

- Familiarity with CDK Service Management software is helpful

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
