We're looking for an experienced, hardworking roofing installer who knows the trade, takes pride in their work, and wants to be part of a professional roofing crew.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on residential roof installations, primarily asphalt shingle roofing systems.
- Tear off and remove existing roofing materials.
- Install underlayment, ice and water shield, starter shingles, architectural shingles, ridge caps, and ventilation systems.
- Properly install flashing, drip edge, pipe boots, and other roofing components.
- Identify and replace damaged roof decking as needed.
- Safely operate nail guns, compressors, ladders, and roofing equipment.
- Work efficiently with a roofing crew to complete projects on schedule.
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe jobsites.
- Follow manufacturer installation specifications and company quality standards.
- Assist with material handling, setup, and jobsite cleanup.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of hands-on roofing installation experience.
- Strong experience installing asphalt shingle roofing systems.
- Ability to work on steep roofs and at heights safely.
- Knowledge of proper roofing installation techniques and flashing details.
- Comfortable performing physically demanding work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift and carry roofing materials, typically up to 80 lbs, with appropriate assistance or equipment when needed.
- Dependable transportation and consistent attendance.
- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and instructions.
- Experience with CertainTeed roofing products is a plus.

This is a hands-on installation position. You'll be working on roofs alongside the crew, installing roofing systems daily—not sitting in a truck supervising others.
