Kramer Beverage is looking for a dynamic individual who can secure and maintain priority brand/packages in assigned accounts. Take ownership of selling, distributing, marketing and merchandising in assigned accounts, while ensuring accounts meet Kramer Beverage’s standards of Quality at Retail.
Duties:
- Sell and provide high quality service to accounts assigned.
- Execute weekly account calls
- Attend periodic special events (Weekdays and Weekends)
- Execute monthly Retail Account Standards.
- Execute Quality Assurance Standards
- Develop trusting working relationships with suppliers to enhance Kramer Beverage’s reputation as New Jersey’s first choice wholesaler.
- Embody and promote the Kramer Fundamentals.
Compensation:
- Pay: Base salary range of 30-40K
- Monthly Revenue Bonus; Monthly Retail Standard bonus; Monthly Incentives; car allowance
- Paid time off (holidays & vacation)

Qualifications:
- College degree preferred, or 2 years field experience
- Customer Service and Sales experience
- Ability to work independently as well as will a team.
- Bilingual is a plus
