M. Price Distributing Co.—one of Southeast Virginia’s top beverage distributors—is hiring a full-time, Beverage Merchandiser to join our high-energy Sales Team. The Vibe & Role

As a Merchandiser, you are the face of our brands on the ground. You will navigate your territory independently, guide your own daily schedule, and master the art of visual product placement.  This is an independent, active role where your work ethic drives our company's success while unlocking your own opportunity for career growth. 

Pay Scale: $18.00–$22.00 / hour (Based on your skills and experience)

The Schedule: Built-in Midweek Reset

Skip the traditional burnout. This role features a split-weekend schedule, meaning you never work more than three days in a row. Enjoy a built-in midweek break to schedule appointments, run errands, and avoid weekend crowds

• Your Days Off: Every Wednesday and Sunday off

• Shift Times: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (start/end times may vary slightly)

Visual Merchandising & Branding

• Creative Display: Style, stock, and arrange products according to eye-catching brand standards to maximize sales.

• Inventory Mastery: Rotate products efficiently to maintain freshness, track expiration codes, and keep shelves flawless.

Territory & Project Management

• Independent Execution: Own your daily schedule, manage your time across multiple retail accounts, and smash your goals without someone micromanaging you.

• Physical Agility: Navigate fast-paced retail floors, handle product inventory, and safely operate equipment like pallet jacks and carts.

Relationship & Communication

• Client Relations: Build trusted, professional connections with store managers and staff to secure the best display spaces.

• Problem Solving: Act as the eyes and ears of our sales team, solving inventory or space issues on the spot.
