We have an immediate opening for a Maintenance Technician at Walden Landing, and we’re looking for someone who brings professionalism, teamwork, and attention to detail to every task.
Position: Apartment Maintenance Technician
We’re seeking a customer‑service–oriented individual with an upbeat, “can‑do” approach and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate is a team player who is reliable, motivated, and focused on delivering quality work.
Key Responsibilities
- Fulfill resident service requests
- Maintain grounds and overall property appearance
- Perform apartment punch work and make‑ready preparation
- Complete drywall repairs and painting
- Handle general plumbing and electrical tasks
- Communicate effectively while remaining professional under pressure
Schedule & Requirements
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Shared on‑call rotation required
- Weekend availability required
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and car insurance
- Minimum of two years of apartment maintenance experience
- HVAC experience preferred
- HVAC and CPO certifications preferred but not required
