- Conduct outreach and recruitment activities to identify eligible participants.
- Screen applications, conduct eligibility assessments, and complete participant enrollment.
- Conduct program orientations and participant assessments.
- Develop Individual Digital Success Plans and Career Readiness Plans for participants.
- Maintain active participant caseloads and provide ongoing follow-up services.
- Facilitate Northstar Digital Literacy assessments, curriculum modules, and ce1tification activities.
- Provide instruction in:

- Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook

- Proctor assessments and support participants in earning Northstar Digital Literacy credentials.
- Track participant completion and credential attainment.
- Facilitate ACT WorkKeys preparation workshops.
- Provide instruction in:
- Applied Mathematics
- Graphic Literacy
- Workplace Documents
- Assist participants with scheduling and preparation for ACT WorkKeys assessments.
- Support participants in obtaining Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum National Career Readiness Certificates (NCRC).
- Utilize WorkKeys assessment results to develop individualized employment and career pathways.
- Provide job search services, career counseling, training, employment preparation, and referral services.
- Assist participants with resume development, cover letters, interview preparation, and online job applications.
- Support participants in career exploration and occupational planning.
- Identify employment opportunities and collaborate with employers seeking qualified candidates.
- Coordinate job fairs, hiring events, employer presentations, and workforce seminars.
- Conduct individualized coaching sessions to support participant success.
- Provide referrals to supportive services as needed.
- Monitor participant progress toward educational, employment, credentialing, and personal goals.
- Document participant interactions, assessments, progress notes, and outcomes in EmpowOR.
- Create and maintain participant portfolios and service records.
- Maintain accurate program records and participant files.
- Ensure all participant data is entered timely and accurately into EmpowOR and other required systems.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
- Monitor progress toward grant outcomes and performance goals.
- Ensure compliance with all agency, state, federal, and grant requirements.
- Ensure all reports and required documentation are submitted by established deadlines.
- Maintain accurate and timely participant documentation in EmpowOR.
- Develop Individual Digital Success Plans for all enrolled participants within 30 days of enrollment.
- Conduct a minimum of fifteen (15) participant coaching sessions per week.
- Facilitate a minimum of:
- Twenty-four (24) Northstar Digital Literacy workshops annually.
- Twenty-four (24) Workplace Excellence workshops annually.
- Twelve (12) ACT WorkKeys preparation workshops annually.
- Achieve annual enrollment goals established by management and funding sources.
- Ensure at least 75% of enrolled participants complete one or more Northstar Digital Literacy modules.
- Ensure participants earn Northstar Digital Literacy credentials, Workplace Excellence certificates, and ACT WorkKeys National Career Readiness Certificates according to grant performance measures.
- Support participants in obtaining employment, retaining employment, advancing careers, or enrolling in education and training opportunities.
- Submit monthly activity, recruitment, training, and outcome reports to management.
- Maintain positive relationships with employers, community partners, LDSS agencies, and workforce stakeholders.
- Demonstrate effective stewardship of agency resources and compliance with all grant requirements.
- Other performance measures as identified by management.
Requirements
- Associate's Degree in a field related to Business Administration, Accounting, or two-year comparable experience or college-credit equivalent, and/or certifications in related fields. BA preferred.
- Experience as a Financial Advisor, Loan Officer, Credit Counselor
- Experience using Office365, Kahoot, NearPod, Google Classroom, and Basecamp
