Our client is a leading Vietnamese investment and development group, seeking experienced professionals to join their team.
  • Provide consultation and technical support to the Project Development Department during the investment project selection process, including technical feasibility assessment and preparation of technical documentation for submission to relevant authorities.
  • Lead and coordinate with consultants in preparing the project Pre-FS, FS, and other relevant technical agreements.
  • Coordinate with the Project Development Department throughout the FS appraisal process.
  • Lead and coordinate with consultants in preparing tender documents for equipment supply and EPC/BOP packages.
  • Review and evaluate technical proposals submitted by contractors and solution providers.
  • Participate in contract negotiations, particularly on technical requirements, equipment and service supply scope, and scope of work.
  • Coordinate with Project Management Boards to review and approve technical designs, construction drawings, equipment technical documentation, and commissioning procedures in compliance with applicable technical standards and regulations.
  • Manage project documentation, including design documents, quality records, and relevant legal documentation.
  • Coordinate with Project Management Boards and the Project Development Department throughout project energization and COD processes.
  • Perform other relevant duties as assigned by the Company.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience, preferably with a background in Electrical Systems, Electrical Equipment, Automatic Control, Automation, or Energy Economics.
  • Strong technical foundation in the relevant field.
  • Experience leading and/or participating in the design of renewable energy projects, including solar power, onshore wind, and offshore wind projects with a capacity of 110kV or above, covering basic design, technical design, and construction drawing design.
  • Good knowledge of relevant design and equipment standards, including QCVN, TCVN, IEC, BS, ANSI, and other applicable standards.
  • Strong understanding of relevant laws, policies, and regulations, including the Electricity Law, decrees, circulars, and applicable regulations governing the power and renewable energy sectors.
  • Good understanding of procedures and processes for implementing specialized agreements related to energy projects.
  • Experience working with relevant government authorities during the development, implementation, and COD stages of power projects.
  • Experience in construction supervision and participation in COD activities for energy projects.
  • Experience working with equipment suppliers and manufacturers, including experience with equipment technical specifications, technical evaluations, and related documentation.
  • Experience with EPC/BOP tender packages, including preparation of tender documents, evaluation of technical proposals, and contract negotiation.
  • English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 750 or above, covering listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
