Position Context

Lead Design and release Engineering on future model programs for all development, including to meet VINFAST Engineering Requirements and product development timing
Lead the Interior development team to deliver best in class driving experience and meet VINFAST Engineering Requirements and product development timing.
Flexibility and drive to overcome the geographical challenges of working with Global Project Stakeholders.

Requirements

13+ years of experience in the automotive or related industries.

Extensive experience in designing and releasing automotive interior products.

Comprehensive knowledge of automotive interior areas.

Proficient in CAD software (CATIA).

Excellent project management skills.

Professional presentation and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High-level understanding of all aspects of automotive interiors

Experience working on large-scale projects.
