Forklift Driver | 2nd Shift

CTI Staffing is partnering with a leading technology solutions organization to find a Warehouse Forklift Driver for their distribution operations. This is a hands-on role supporting the full receiving-to-shipping cycle for a fast-moving warehouse environment.

What You'll Do

• Off-load and stage inbound shipments on the receiving floor
  
• Count and document inbound deliveries accurately
  
• Perform routine maintenance checks on forklift equipment
  
• Pick customer orders with accuracy, matching quantity and product type
  
• Weigh, inspect, and load outbound shipments
  
• Label, mark, and shrink-wrap orders per shipping requirements
  
• Operate handheld scanning units and warehouse management systems to process orders
  
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work area
  

Requirements

What You Bring

Must-Have:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  
• Minimum 6 months of warehouse experience
  
• Minimum 1 year of experience operating a stand-up forklift and cherry picker
  
• Ability to lift 50 lbs consistently
  
• Working knowledge of receiving, warehouse, and safety procedures
  
• Basic computer/scanning system proficiency
  
• Strong organizational and time management skills
  

Nice-to-Have:

• OSHA safety training or certification
  
• Experience with handheld scanning/WMS platforms
  
• Prior experience in a high-volume distribution environment
  

Technical Environment:

• Stand-up forklift, cherry picker, hand jacks, shrink wrap equipment, handheld scanning systems
  

What Success Looks Like:

• Accurate, error-free order picking and shipping within the first 90 days
  
• Full independence on receiving, staging, and equipment maintenance checks
  
• Zero safety incidents, full OSHA/MSDS compliance
