- Coordinate logistics and resource allocation to ensure timely and efficient delivery of relief supplies and services.
- Build and maintain strong collaborative relationships with government bodies, NGOs, and community leaders to enhance program impact.
- Monitor and evaluate ongoing projects to ensure compliance with safety protocols, ethical guidelines, and donor requirements.
- Prepare detailed reports on program progress, challenges, and outcomes for internal review and external stakeholders.
- Lead capacity-building workshops for local staff and volunteers to strengthen community resilience and self-reliance.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years of professional experience in the humanitarian or development sector.
- Proven track record of managing complex field operations and leading cross-functional teams.
- In-depth knowledge of humanitarian principles, emergency response protocols, and project management methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities, with a capacity to engage effectively with diverse cultural groups.
- Flexibility and resilience to work in dynamic environments, including potential travel to remote areas.
- Relevant degree in International Relations, Social Work, Development Studies, or a related field.
