Client Retention: Provide excellent after-sales support and coordinate with internal logistics teams.

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
Minimum 6 months in telesales, outbound call centres, or client service.
Proficient with CRM software and office suites.
Strong negotiation skills, excellent communication, and high attention to detail.
