What You’ll Be Doing
As a Member Specialist, you’ll be the welcoming face in our Harrisburg branch. Daily responsibilities include:
- Supporting membership sales, renewals, and account maintenance.
- Processing maps, EZPass, TripTiks, merchandise sales, and similar services.
- Guiding members toward our travel and insurance agents.
- Becoming a Notary Public (we’ll help you with the required steps).
- Performing PennDOT title and license transactions.
- Taking passport photos and handling International Driver’s Permits.
- Referring members to additional AAA services and products.
- Maintaining our high service standards.
- Greeting and assisting members with professionalism and warmth.
- Like I said earlier, there's a variety of things and stuff.
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Customer service or sales experience preferred.
- Already a Notary Public in PA or willing to obtain within 12 months.
- Ability to pass and maintain PA State Police background clearance for PennDOT work.
- Strong communication skills across in‑person, phone, chat, and email channels.
- Active listening skills and the ability to make sound decisions.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations.
- Comfort using various computer systems.
