The Technology Support Intern plays a key role in ensuring smooth technology operations across the organization. This hands-on position focuses on configuring, installing, and supporting user devices-including desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and printers-while assisting with hardware refreshes and resolving daily support tickets. Ideal for tech-savvy problem solvers, this role offers exposure to enterprise IT environments and the opportunity to learn best practices in asset management and service delivery.
This internship will provide exposure to a broad range of technology areas, including Security Operations, Desktop Support, Network Operations, Development, and Data Analytics.

Schedule: Schedule is flexible, up to 20 hours per week. Position is 100% onsite at the Elmerton location.

In this position, you will

Configure, install, and support user computing devices (desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, monitors, docking stations) across multiple locations.
Assist with annual PC hardware refresh and equipment lifecycle management.
Respond to and resolve Service Desk incidents promptly, ensuring compliance with established service levels.
Coordinate equipment setup, teardown, and relocation as needed, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

GED (Required), High School (Required)

Any equivalent combination of experience and education. | Required
Must be a current student actively pursuing a bachelors degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems for the duration of the internship/student worker assignment | Required
Must meet PSECU’s minimum employment eligibility requirements, including being at least 18 years of age at the time of hire. | Required
