Wealth Management (WM) Platforms manages industry-leading platforms, across all WM channels and client segments, to provide a unified digital experience, unlock growth, and deliver efficiencies for Advisors, Clients, and Institutions. WM Platforms consists of ten teams including: Digital Assets & Data Platforms, Digital Client Experience & Platforms, Digital Trading & Investing, Field Experience & Platforms, UX Design & Research, WM Artificial Intelligence, WM Strategic Solutions, Workplace Platforms, WM Platforms Risk, and the WM Platforms Chief Operating Office.
The Digital Client Experience & Platforms Team is responsible for all aspects of the digital client experience with focus on self-directed bank, brokerage, and advised accounts. Consists of Mobile, Retail Web and Bank Platforms, Portfolio Analytics, Digital Advice & Transactions, and Account Opening teams.
The Morgan Stanley Mobile Platform team is responsible for delivering industry-leading digital experiences that enable Wealth Management and E*TRADE clients to seamlessly manage, monitor, and grow their financial lives. By combining deep customer understanding, market and competitive insights, data-driven decision making, and modern engineering practices, the team continuously evolves the mobile platform through innovative, secure, scalable, and accessible solutions. Working across dedicated product, engineering, UX, QA, architecture, and business teams, the organization drives initiatives from strategy and roadmap planning through execution and optimization, ensuring every enhancement aligns with client needs, business objectives, regulatory requirements, and enterprise technology standards. Through continuous innovation, rigorous measurement, and a relentless focus on quality and user experience, the Mobile Platform team is committed to increasing client engagement, accelerating digital adoption, and maintaining Morgan Stanley's position as a leader in digital wealth management.
The Morgan Stanley Mobile Platform team is seeking a Product Management professional with experience delivering best-in-class digital experiences to market. This role supports the Morgan Stanley Wealth Management and E*TRADE mobile applications within the Digital Client Experience & Platforms organization. You will play a critical leadership role in modernizing and enhancing Morgan Stanley's retail mobile platforms, with a focus on driving client engagement, expanding digital capabilities, accelerating adoption, and ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture, security, accessibility, and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities

Execution & Delivery
- Serve as Product Owner for a dedicated full-stack agile team responsible for delivering critical mobile, web, and API-enabled capabilities
- Own product delivery from concept through launch, balancing customer needs, business objectives, regulatory requirements, and technical constraints
- Lead cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, UX, QA, Compliance, Risk, and Operations to deliver high-quality solutions at scale
- Define and maintain a prioritized product backlog, translating business objectives into epics, features, and user stories
- Drive agile execution, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, release planning, and delivery prioritization
- Partner with Engineering and Architecture teams to evaluate solutions and ensure alignment with enterprise standards
- Coordinate product launches and post-release activities, monitoring performance and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Communicate product strategy, delivery progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and senior leadership

Customer Insights and Market Analysis
- Maintain deep knowledge of wealth management, digital investing, mobile industry trends, competitor capabilities, and emerging technologies
- Leverage customer research, analytics, and market insights to identify opportunities that improve engagement, adoption, and client satisfaction
- Partner with analytics teams to define and measure product success, ensuring decisions are driven by data and measurable outcomes
- Analyze customer behavior and feedback to identify opportunities, prioritize enhancements, and inform roadmap decisions

Roadmap & Strategy
- Contribute to the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Morgan Stanley's mobile experiences, aligning customer needs with business and enterprise priorities
- Gather and prioritize feedback from customers, stakeholders, frontline teams, and market research to identify product opportunities and strategic investments
- Own backlog prioritization, ensuring delivery efforts focus on the highest-value initiatives and business outcomes
- Develop business cases for key initiatives, incorporating customer demand, market dynamics, competitive analysis, and expected business impact
- Define and communicate key performance indicators, roadmap progress, and product outcomes to stakeholders and senior leadership

Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in digital product management, with strong knowledge of client-facing mobile, web, and API-based digital experiences
- Strong understanding of financial services, wealth management, brokerage, or related digital financial products and customer experiences
- Superior analytical, interpersonal, communication (written, verbal, and technical), presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing the definition and execution of projects (conceptualization, requirements, design, development, testing, and implementation)
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams to effectively manage business objectives
- Experience with Agile development methodologies preferred Â
- Self-motivated, detailed-oriented, team player, and organized
- Efficient at managing multiple projects and initiatives concurrently under deadline constraints
- BA/BS in business, marketing, computer science, or related field

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $85,000 and $140,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
