Sample collection. Assist laboratory leadership to gather information regarding the training, competencies, and education of all phlebotomy and CLIA waived testing personnel. Phlebotomy experience in all areas. Geriatric, pediatric, neonate. Routine, heel sticks, finger sticks. Maintains all phlebotomy skills. Sample collection. Collection of urine/blood drug screens, chain of custody. Maintains DOT certification. Assist laboratory leadership to gather information regarding the training, competencies, and education of all phlebotomy and CLIA waived testing personnel. Maintains train the trainer certification, LIS phlebotomy superuser and competency. Will work with each new lab employee to understand the unique workflow and challenges to facilitate needed support for laboratory services Maintains and continues professional self-development and exhibits positive human relations. Accept supervision. Seeks guidance/assistance as needed and accepts supervisory feedback nondefensively. Demonstrates a cooperative attitude in interactions with others.
