No on-call, weekends, or holidays. Support quality initiatives and process improvement plans. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team, nurse managers, physicians and specialists Educate and consul patients and families regarding course of treatment  QualificationsQualifications: Active license as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) Minimum 2 years of post-certification experience Experience in SNFs, hospitalist roles, emergency departments, or ICU preferred Proficient with EHRs and clinical technology Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset #MP123 Â
