Personal Care Assistant (PCA) – the Greater Hartford area (Hartford, Bloomfield, Avon and nearby)

UniversaCare is hiring Personal Care Assistants for home care clients in the Greater Hartford area (Hartford, Bloomfield, Avon and nearby). Weekday, weekend, live-in and part-time options are available.

Pay: Starting at $18.00 per hour. Rate may increase based on experience and case needs. Mileage reimbursement for travel between clients.

What you'll do

• Assist clients with personal care, hygiene and mobility
• Support daily routines: meals, medication reminders and light housekeeping
• Provide companionship and help clients live with dignity at home

Requirements

• PCA certification, or willingness to get certified in our office
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required)
• Caring, dependable attitude; home care experience preferred
