POSITION SUMMARY: Monitor processes per Bakers Best SOPs and written procedures. Accurately record information on designated forms and at specified times.Ā Ā
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Ā Ā
- Make certain all paperwork is filled out properly and neatly.Ā
- Perform necessary checks at the designated times such as metal detector, internal temperature, freezer temperature checks, etc.Ā Ā
- Perform daily GMP audit and report findings to supervisor.Ā Ā
- Monitor personnel to make sure they are following proper procedures.Ā Ā
- Communicate any issues with supervisor.Ā Ā
- Keep work area clean and organized.Ā Ā
