Every Monday, a warehouse full of fresh, high-protein meals from Locale needs to land in Bay Area fridges. Drivers run home-delivery routes out of our Hayward hub (94545) — load up, run your route, come back for another if you want more hours.

Pay: Average hourly pay is $27 (base plus tips).

Pick your window (Mondays only):
9am – 12pm
9am – 4pm
3pm – 7pm

Arrive 60 minutes before your window starts so we can load you in.

What the day looks like: Roll into the hub, load insulated boxes into your own car, run your route in the driver app, and drop the empty bags back at the hub.

What you need:
• To live near Hayward, CA
• Your own car — sedan, SUV or minivan
• A valid driver's license and insurance
• Able to carry a 20 lb box
• Free every Monday, long term

Why Dragonfly: 1099 independent contractor — you pick your window. Short training video before your first run. A real dispatch team on the phone. Most drivers are approved within 24–48 hours of finishing the application.
