JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Board: Board Certified
- Licenses: Active KY License or Universal License (IMLC)
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS
- Perform emergency general surgery procedures including bowel resection, trauma surgery, and perforation repairs
- Manage incision and drainage of abscesses and wound care
- Provide on-call coverage for emergency surgical consultations and interventions
- Utilize advanced surgical skills as needed (laparoscopic, vascular, plastic surgery)
- Ensure timely and accurate documentation in the EMR system (MediTech)
