Retrieve products from designated storage locations within the warehouse. Accurately read pick tickets, receiving documents, or follow oral instructions to ascertain materials. Accurately identifying items based on receiving specifications and ensuring the correct quantity is selected. Pick all materials into appropriate carts based on specific manufacturing location or receiving requirements. Ensure materials are packed effectively to avoid damage during the put-away or pick process. Coordinate the receiving process by preparing receiving labels, verifying addresses, product descriptions, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is collected and entered systematically. Collaborate with vendor carriers to facilitate the timely arrival of materials. Conduct visual inspections of products during the picking and receiving stages to identify any defects or discrepancies. Utilize inventory management systems to update stock levels and communicate any shortages or overages, as needed. Work effectively as a team to achieve daily receiving/picking goals. Qualifications Required Skills/Abilities Ability to multitask with attention to detail in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Possess a strong work ethic and self-motivated attitude. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a consistent basis. Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment. Strong communication skills.
