As a Liability Specialist, you help remove paperwork and billing barriers so people can start behavioral health services without delay. You'll meet with clients at their first visit to gather required details for service applications, billing, and financial determination, then enter and maintain accurate records as financial situations change. You'll also provide back-up coverage for the Scheduler or Receptionist when needed.
