WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

 

We believe social media isn’t just a marketing channel. It's how we build a community that carries our brand into culture. Our mission is that finance should be accessible, understandable, and part of everyday conversations. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Get your hands on community management on our social media channels (X, Reddit, Threads), from witty replies to thoughtful DMs, keep the conversation alive and real

  • Turn comments or mentions into a chance to spark discussion, build trust, and grow a community that genuinely cares

  • Handle customer issues with empathy and speed - coordinating with the internal teams to make resolutions quick, fair, and seamless

  • Team up with Community and Content creatives to create posts that resonate, riding trends, listening to feedback, and keeping our brand culturally tuned in

 

 

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Currently a student at a university or higher education institution

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially X & Reddit, and how to engage effectively across them

  • Available 20 hours per week, with at least two semesters remaining in your studies

  • Based in Berlin and able to join the team in the office at least twice a week

  • Fluent in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills (C1 level)

  • An active Trade Republic user who’s genuinely interested in investing, finances and our mission and community
