Registered Nurse

A community healthcare facility near Helena, Montana is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse to join its nursing team! 

• Full-time, permanent, direct-hire position 
  
• Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts per week; day and night shifts available 
  
• Openings available in all departments 
  
• Stackable night and weekend shift differentials (+$2.00/hour each) 
  
• Up to $20,000 retention bonus 
  
• Up to $7,000 relocation assistance 
  

Registered Nurse Responsibilities: 

• Provide comprehensive patient care by administering medications, monitoring patient conditions, and supporting recovery 
  
• Coordinate care with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams 
  
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and clinical records 
  
• Deliver safe, high-quality nursing care while ensuring compliance with established standards and protocols 
  

Registered Nurse Qualifications: 

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required; BSN preferred 
  
• Montana RN license or Compact RN license (or eligibility to obtain prior to hire) 
  
• Current BLS and ACLS certification required or willingness to obtain upon hire 
  
• Minimum of one year of Med/Surg nursing experience required
