Design, monitor, and improve behavioral treatment for clients with autism and related behavioral or social-communication needs, while supervising and developing the technicians who deliver that care. Supervise, coach, and train behavior technicians and functional skills specialists. Maintain data measurement, analysis, documentation, and reporting systems. Ensure treatment plans meet insurance, contract, and professional standards. Consult with families, care teams, and outside agencies to keep support consistent across settings. Provide guidance on crisis intervention and critical-incident support.
Requirements
Master’s degree in special education, psychology, or a related field. Three years of recent experience supporting individuals with autism spectrum disorders and their families. Knowledge of autism assessment tools, positive behavior support planning, and current ABA methods. Strong organization, documentation, and interpersonal communication skills. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and an insurable driving record.
