Job Description:

GDIT is seeking a Program Analyst to provide advanced analytical, operational, and business support to the National Intelligence Sector. In this role, you will help drive executive priorities, develop and analyze business information, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, track performance against objectives, and provide actionable insight to support leadership decision-making. This position is ideal for highly organized, analytical, and proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable supporting multiple high-visibility initiatives simultaneously.

MEANINGFUL WORK AND PERSONAL IMPACT
As a Program Analyst, the work you’ll do at GDIT will be impactful to the missions of the Intelligence Community and the Department of Homeland Security. You will play a crucial role in providing innovation solutions to mission customers.

  • Serve as a trusted business partner to executive leadership, anticipating needs, and proactively identifying issues and opportunities.

  • Perform a variety of complex administrative and analytical tasks in support of the sector.

  • Support development and tracking of business goals, priorities, and performance measures.

  • Assist with development of growth plans, sector initiatives, and leadership priorities.

  • Proactively identify actions that will improve sector effectiveness, business performance, and execution.

  • Coordinate inputs from sector leaders and consolidate information for executive review.

  • Translates strategy into measurable actions and helps drive accountability for execution.

  • Conduct trend and data analysis on operational, and business information. Provide data visualization to equip leadership and teams with actionable information.

  • Develop plans, including budgets and schedules, and monitor tasks to meet contractual/project requirements for assigned program(s).

  • Lead special projects and key strategic initiatives as assigned.

  • Perform additional duties as assigned.


WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Bring your program management expertise along with a drive for innovation to GDIT. The Program Analyst must have:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required

  • Experience: 8+ years of related experience

  • Work Location: This position requires working at our GDIT facility in Herndon, VA. Must be comfortable working onsite (5) days a week.

  • Security clearance level: Active TS/SCI with POLY required to start

  • US citizenship required

Role requirements:

  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives with limited oversight.

  • Experience supporting program planning, performance monitoring, or business development activities

The likely salary range for this position is $124,093 - $143,750. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
