The AI Agentic Program seeks a senior automation tester with strong experience testing Agile software teams delivering cloud-native, intelligence-driven, and autonomous multi-agent systems. The individual should have deep knowledge of Agile practices and experience coordinating distributed engineering, data, and DevSecOps teams. This position requires one day onsite in Reston, VA.
Responsibilities:
- Work with developers to integrate AI-driven test coverage into development pipelines
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts incorporating AI-powered testing strategies
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and ad-hoc testing
- Conduct API testing (REST & SOAP) using appropriate tools
- Execute automation testing and maintain automation frameworks
- Perform performance and load testing
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure test coverage
- Support CI/CD pipelines and integrate automated tests into build processes
- Ensure application compatibility across Windows environments
- Drive best practices in test automation, code quality, and reusability
- Identify and drive implementation of best practices in automation testing, including AI-based techniques for defect detection, predictive test case generation, and maintenance of reusable test assets.
- Stay up to date on emerging trends in AI technologies and their application in quality assurance.
