Well-known supplier and distributor of Kitchen and Bath products in South Florida is looking for a motivated, dedicated employee to fulfill the delivery driver/ warehouse support position. Job Duties
- 路 Daily deliveries to customers.
- 路 Daily deliveries of inventory transfer to our locations. Prepares orders by processing requests with item scanners. Includes pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area.
- 路 Loading and unloading merchandize.
- 路 Storing merchandize in bin locations.
- 路 Maintains quality service by following organization standards
- 路 Assists in keeping delivery vehicle and facility clean, neat, safe, and operating efficiently.
- 路 Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Prepares orders (Pick/Pack) using warehouse technology to ensure accurate fulfillment.
- Stores merchandise properly in bin locations and maintains inventory level
- Forklift Operation: Operate and maneuver electric and gas-powered forklifts safely and efficiently (certification required).
- Material Handling Equipment: Operate pallet jacks (manual and electric), dollies, and other load-moving equipment.
- Loading and Unloading: Receive and dispatch merchandise, ensuring accuracy and safety in handling.
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the facility clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Requirements
- 路 21 years of age or older with a valid Driver鈥檚 License (+1 year).
- 路 Experience driving a 26 ft box truck (no DOT license required) a must,
- 路 Good driving record.
- 路 Bilingual English/Spanish.
- 路 Computer knowledge. Must be comfortable using item scanners and PC to review/dispatch orders.
- 路 Must also work well as part of a team and be willing to work additional hours when necessary.
- 路 Commitment to providing the best in customer service.
- 聽 Forklift Operate preferable Certificate
