Bryant Electric is actively seeking Electrical Helpers to join our growing team in and around the Palm Beach County region. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in the electrical trade while working alongside experienced electricians on commercial and industrial projects.

Pay: $15 - $18 per hour depending on experience.

What You'll Do:

Assist electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems and equipment
Help install electrical raceways, conduit, cable trays, wiring, and related components
Transport tools, equipment, and materials to and from work areas
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
Assist with troubleshooting and repairs under the direction of experienced electricians
Follow all company safety policies and OSHA regulations
Support project teams in completing work efficiently and on schedule
Adhere to quality standards and project specifications

What You'll Bring:

Minimum of 1 year of electrical construction experience
Basic knowledge of electrical tools, materials, and installation methods
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
Ability to work safely in a construction environment
Ability to pass required background screening and drug testing

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work in various construction environments
Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools
