Full-time | Cedar Rapids, IA | $18–$22 per hour

What you’ll get your hands on

• Assemble and install desks, chairs, cabinets, panels, and other commercial furniture using hand tools.
• Help transform workspaces with furniture reconfigurations, office moves, and installations of artwork, window coverings, and specialty items.
• Load, unload, pack, and secure furniture and equipment carefully so everything arrives ready for the job.
• Disassemble and reassemble furniture, move boxes and filing cabinets, and get each space ready for its next chapter.
• Follow project plans, client specifications, and company standards, then check the finished work for quality and secure installation.
• Keep your Lead Installer, Market Manager, and teammates in the loop on progress, questions, and issues.
• Treat clients and their spaces with care, and leave each work area clean and ready to use.
• Drive a box truck when required and help with other duties as assigned.

• You enjoy working with a team, solving problems, and paying attention to the little details.
• You communicate clearly and treat customers and coworkers with respect.
• You have a high school diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Furniture assembly or installation experience is a plus, but it is not required.
• You can regularly lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds and perform physical work that includes kneeling under desks, bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
