Job DetailsJob Location: Perfect North Slopes - LAWRENCEBURG, IN 47025Human Resources Assistant Seasonal Position 2026-2027 Perfect North Slopes   This H.R. Assistant position offers flexible scheduling – we have needs during evenings + weekends - would prefer approximately 20-30 hours per week; sample shifts preferred:  11am-7pm, 4pm-9:30pm, 4pm-12:00am Fridays + Saturdays Great perks at Perfect North Slopes, including discounts and free skiing/snowboarding/tubing tickets Fun work environment! Responsibilities will include assisting the HR office with: Hiring/Re-hiring 1200 seasonal employees Administering special events (Job Fair, Employee Training/Orientation, Employee Party) Processing I-9 employment eligibility documents Data entry, spreadsheets, document preparations Point-of-Sale transactions (employee badges/daily tickets/season passes for staff and guests) Assisting volunteer patrol staff with resort credentials Supporting multiple departments with guest services as needed (Food + Beverage, Rental Shop, Snow Sports, Information Office, Retail) Working closely with Ticket/Pass Office, assisting guests and staff Skills needed: Friendly, helpful, patient, respectful, customer service demeanor Basic computer skills (Microsoft); Ability to quickly learn new software(s) (Point Of Sale + Human Resource Information System) Basic understanding of Human Resources Management Professionalism Ability to maintain confidentiality Interest in snow sports helpful, but not required Requirements: Must be at least 18 years old by 9/1/2026 to apply. All employees age 18+ will complete a background check upon hire.   Pay Rate: $15 per hour Employees may receive a pay raise with each year of experience working at Perfect North Slopes.
