Job DetailsJob Location: Perfect North Slopes - LAWRENCEBURG, IN 47025Tubing Park Tubing Park Attendant Seasonal Position 2026-2027 Perfect North Slopes   Outdoor family fun is the best description for our Tubing Park.  Tubing Park Attendants help to provide the best snow tubing experience possible for our guests, while maintaining safety as the number one priority.  Work stations may include helping customers obtain/return snow tubes, assisting customers loading and unloading carpet lift, and facilitating guests in the tubing lanes.  Tubing Park attendants should have good people skills, be able to communicate in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy working with the public.    Responsibilities: Safety: Ensure the safe and efficient operation of lifts.  Use stops of the lift as necessary to assist the guest while loading and unloading.  Customer service: Provide a positive experience for guests.  Tubing Park Attendants are in constant communication with our guests and must be friendly when assisting them, while being an ambassador for Perfect North Slopes. Communication: Keep logs, use radios and telephones, and communicate with others about safety concerns as needed. Be able to work well in a team with other tubing park attendants, supervisors, and managers. Maintenance: Perform pre- and post-operation inspections, and clean equipment. Crowd control: Organize guests in lines and manage traffic. Assist with lift ticket issues at the gate. Professionalism: Behave professionally and maintain a positive attitude.   Requirements: Applicants must be at least 16 years old by 11/1/2026 to apply.  Very limited # of positions for age 15 candidates. No experience is required. All employees age 18+ will complete a background check upon hire. Tubing Park Attendants should be ready to work outside in all weather conditions. Tubing Park Attendants must be able to walk on varied ground surfaces, and will be on their feet for most of their shift.    Pay Rate: $14 per hour Employees may receive a pay raise with each year of experience working at Perfect North Slopes.   The Tubing Park Department is looking to hire approximately 65 new employees.
