Â
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Â Â Â
Work directly with clinicians, fellows, students, faculty, patients, and referring providers at the Pro Bono and TEAM ClinicÂ
Schedule and reschedule patients (primarily English and Spanish-speaking patients)Â
Triage patients,manage a patient wait list, and maintain frequent communication with referring providersÂ
Collect and assemble clinic statisticsÂ
Assist in scheduling of clinic spaces including clinical, research, and the community gardenÂ
Gather and provide information as requested (Department Chair, Dean, Office of Academic Affairs)Â
File and organize patient charts; organize, update and maintain all front office documentationÂ
Help maintain printers/copiers/fax to ensure working orderÂ
Place work orders for clinic maintenance and supplies Â
Ensure Food Pantry is neat and clean; plan and promote food drives to restock pantryÂ
Ensure clinic areas are clean and neat each eveningÂ
Ensure the clinic has needed supplies (linen, markers, hand sanitizer, theraband, etc.)Â
Work with patients to connect them with other community resources and servicesÂ
Hire, supervise, and support undergraduate student workers (Pro Bono Clinic Aides) and Graduate Assistants Â
Other job duties as neededÂ
