As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide direct resident care while serving as a clinical leader for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). You'll play a critical role in ensuring quality outcomes, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, and creating a supportive environment where residents receive the highest level of care.

What You'll Do

✨ Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with resident care plans, physician orders, and nursing standards.

✨ Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs in delivering exceptional resident care.

✨ Assess resident conditions, monitor changes, and communicate findings to physicians and the interdisciplinary care team.

✨ Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions safely and effectively.

✨ Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

✨ Collaborate with residents, families, physicians, and team members to achieve the best possible outcomes.

✨ Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations, policies, and procedures.

✨ Promote a culture of respect, professionalism, and person-centered care.

Qualifications

Education

  • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.

Experience

  • Minimum of one (1) year of nursing experience required.
  • One (1) year of skilled nursing facility experience preferred.

Licensure & Certifications

  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) License in good standing.
  • Current CPR Certification.

Additional Qualifications

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong leadership and critical-thinking abilities.
