Position: Speech Language Pathologist - Outpatient PRN

Location: 731 Beta Drive Mayfield Village, Ohio 44143

Schedule: PRN, weekdays (Mon-Fri)

Compensation: $50.00/Hr.

 

Join our growing rehabilitation team! Due to continued program growth and strong community partnerships, we're adding a Speech-Language Pathologist to support our expanding multidisciplinary team.

 

NovaCare Rehabilitation is seeking a passionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our outpatient therapy team in Mayfield Village, OH. Our PRN Speech-Language Pathologists enjoy a collaborative team culture, flexible scheduling, and the opportunity to help patients reach their fullest potential.

 

Must have CCCs for this position!

Responsibilities

  • Build Relationships: Provide quality patient care while maintaining a positive level of interaction with centers and patients.
  • Collaborative Approach: Coordinate treatment program in conjunction with other clinical/therapeutic services
  • High Standard of Care: Evaluate assigned patients and establish appropriate treatment goals and treatment programs
  • Personalized Treatment: Develop comprehensive goals for patient treatment to maximize outcomes and provide ongoing evaluation of their status and goals.

Qualifications

  • Meet American Speech-Language Hearing Association (ASHA) minimum standards for initiation Clinical Fellowship Year including but not limited to 36 credit hours in prescribed study.
  • State SLP licensure required
  • ASHA certification is required
  • 300 hours in prescribed clinical practicum experience required.
