SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE 

Arizona is seeking a dynamic and highly organized Event Marketing Manager to lead the strategy and execution of our event portfolio. This role will be instrumental in bringing the Arizona portfolio to life across trade, consumer, and proprietary events, creating memorable experiences that drive awareness, trial, and sales.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 

  • Develop and lead Arizona’s event strategy across industry events, distributor activations, and owned brand experiences, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities including distribution, velocity, and brand equity.
  • Own the full event lifecycle from concept through execution and post-event analysis, ensuring seamless delivery and high-quality brand representation.
  • Oversee all eventlogisticsincluding product, shipping, permits, staffing, and on-site execution; serve as the primary lead for key activations.
  • Concept and execute activations that drive sampling, social engagement, and meaningful consumer connection.
  • Ensure cohesive and compelling brand storytelling across all event touchpoints, aligned withAriZona’spositioning.
  • Partner with Marketing, Creative, and Sales teams to develop assets (POS, signage, merchandise, digital) and align event strategy with broader commercialization initiatives.
  • Recruit and manage brand ambassadors and external partners (agencies, fabricators, venues), while identifying and vetting new event opportunities to expand reach.
  • Manage budgets effectively while tracking KPIs (sampling, leads, salesimpact), delivering post-event insights, and continuouslyoptimizingstrategy based on performance.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

  • 5-8+ years of experience in event marketing, experiential marketing, or brand activation (bev-alchexperiencerequired)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple events simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales and Marketing teams
  • Willingness to travel frequently and work evenings/weekends as needed
