What we offer: Competitive flat rate pay structure, ranging from $37-$45 per hour (actual pay may vary from displayed amounts based on experience, guild level, certifications and qualifications) Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401k and Roth retirement savings options Optional voluntary benefits (Short term disability, accident, critical illness, long term disability, life insurance) State of the art facility Supportive management team Paid training Climate controlled shop Paid Holidays Positive team culture What you'll do: Diagnose and repair a variety of problems with Audi vehicles Communicate with Service Advisors to ensure proper work is performed Test drive vehicles to ensure successful repair, eliminating the need for any comebacks Perform routine maintenance on new & used vehicles Provide exceptional customer service   QualificationsWhat you offer us: Experience and knowledge of German automobiles (Audi, VW) Technical or trade school degree ASE Certifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Technical or Trade School degree preferred or minimum of four (4) years of automotive repair experience required Technical aptitude displayed by ASE Certification preferred. Must have the ability to operate a wide variety of vehicles, both automatic and manual transmissions Must have manual dexterity, good judgement, and ability to operate power and hand tools and other types of machinery safely and efficiently Manufacturer Training-Certified by Audi of America training requirements on an annual basis Valid Driver's License
