Titan Security is hiring Security Response / Flex Officers to work at various locations throughout the Metro Detroit, area.

This position features a flexible schedule with no set hours, offering a dynamic work environment for the right candidate. Open availability is required. Candidates must be willing and able to work all shifts (days, afternoons, overnights, and weekends).

Responsibilities include:

Conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols to deter and detect security threats.
Perform patrol services at assigned properties, ensuring the safety and security of tenants, visitors, and assets.
Monitor and operate security technology, including CCTV systems, access control systems, and incident reporting software.
Write detailed and professional reports on daily activities, incidents, and observations.
Respond promptly to emergencies, and incidents, following company and client protocols.
Enforce company and client policies, including safety procedures, trespassing, and unauthorized access.
Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional security presence.
Adapt quickly to new environments, client expectations, and site-specific procedures.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must have a valid drivers license.
High School diploma or general education degree (GED).
Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
Previous experience in security is preferred.
